Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Crew Portal you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.

2. Who may use the portal

Crew Portal is available only to authorized Zatonsky Moments crew members and contractors. Access is granted individually and may not be transferred. You must sign in with the Google account that was authorized for you.

3. Account security

You are responsible for the security of your account, your active sessions and the devices you approve. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your access has been compromised.

4. Permitted use

The portal may be used to view your assignments and project details, scheduling and availability information, to upload and deliver work, and for related business operations.

5. Prohibited use

• Unauthorized access, probing or bypassing of security measures;
• scraping or bulk extraction of portal data;
• sharing credentials or session access with anyone;
• introducing malware or interfering with the service;
• misusing client, crew or company data in any way.

6. Confidentiality

Client information, project information, timelines, contact details, media, upload links and internal business information available through the portal are confidential. Use them only to perform your work for Zatonsky Moments and do not disclose them to others.

7. Connected Google accounts

Signing in uses your authorized Google account. Connecting your Google Calendar is optional and covered by the Privacy Policy. Third-party services, including Google, have their own terms and availability that we do not control.

8. Ownership

The portal, its software and business materials belong to Zatonsky Moments LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of anyone's underlying content or rights.

9. Availability and changes

We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the portal. We aim for reliability but do not promise uninterrupted availability.

10. Termination

Access ends when your authorization ends and may be suspended or removed if these Terms or security rules are violated.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The portal is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the same extent, Zatonsky Moments LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the portal. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
